I had many issues when my hosting company moved my site to a new server. To get support I had to upgrade to v 6.14. I had very limited support from Interspire with all my subsequent problems - waiting up to a week for replies (if I was lucky). My latest problem is trying to update product descriptions using I.E - after getting no response from Interspire I experimented with google Chrome and found that it fixed the problem. I emailed support again and got a reply basically saying 'known issue - use Chrome' - thanks Interpire! Hi Dave
